Our community occupies approximately one square mile. To the north, we are bounded by Farmwell Road, to the west – Ashburn Road, to the south- Waxpool Road, and to the east – Ashburn Village Boulevard.
The two primary roadways bisecting our community are Hemingway Drive, running North-South, and Faulkner Parkway, running East-West.
With 568 residences and approximately 2500 residents, our clubhouse is the focal point of our community. Iti s located right off Hemingway Drive at Haley Terrace Court.

All VDOT owned streets are assigned a 4-digit street number. Use this number when corresponding to VDOT regarding streets repairs, potholes, and other unsafe road conditions. This signage is affixed to a pole at the nearest intersection. 





Yes there really is an official Post Lantern for the exterior of your Townhouse. If you have received a citation for a damaged fixture or are looking to replace the current fixture, access: "Residents: Forms and Documents" for links to the official light fixture.
With a new Sheriff in place, the Loudoun County Sheriff's Department has restructured itself, and we have access to a Community Resource Deputy who we can contact to discuss potential issues. Deputy Latrivette Young is one of those resources who we can use to address concerns. Additionally, Deputy Brian Harpster is another resource who can work with our community.
